Congratulations on the arrival of your little bundle of joy. Your life has been turned upside down, (for the better) and your baby has now become your world and you have forgotten what life was like before your little addition to the family arrived. Bumps 2 babes fitness offers mums a lifeline in some well deserved ‘mummy time’ without the hassle of having to find a babysitter.

Exercise with bumps 2 babes fitness to help return your body to pre-pregnancy, promote a healthy body and mind, socialise and interact with new mums as well as bond with your baby. All classes are specifically designed for post-natal women, wanting to participate in fitness, in a relaxed environment that incorporates your new baby.

Here’s the current timetable.
Tuesday:
10-11 Argyle tennis club Southport
1-2 4F centre Rainhill
6-7 Hudson CC Maghull (antenatal)

Wednesday:
11:30-12:30 Formby Fitness Formby
1:30- 2:30 Netherton CC Netherton

Friday:
10-11&11-12 Hudson CC Maghull

All sessions are £20 for 4wks. They are suitable for all levels. Fully baby led and really laid back and fun. If you had a natural labour then baby needs to be at least 6wks and if you had a section baby needs to be 12wks. This is to allow your body time to recover.
