Classes
Congratulations on the arrival of your little bundle of joy. Your life has been turned upside down, (for the better) and your baby has now become your world and you have forgotten what life was like before your little addition to the family arrived. Bumps 2 babes fitness offers mums a lifeline in some well deserved ‘mummy time’ without the hassle of having to find a babysitter.
Exercise with bumps 2 babes fitness to help return your body to pre-pregnancy, promote a healthy body and mind, socialise and interact with new mums as well as bond with your baby. All classes are specifically designed for post-natal women, wanting to participate in fitness, in a relaxed environment that incorporates your new baby.
Classes include; body pump, circuits, legs bums and tums, aerobics and buggy fit. Classes are suitable for mixed abilities and women are encouraged to work at a level suitable for them.
All sessions include your baby if you would like to.
Body pump
This class works the whole body, isolating body parts and working slowly. This helps to burn fat and tone muscles.
Circuits
This offers a combination of exercise that train the whole of the body, building strength and muscular endurance.
Legs bums and tums
This class promotes cardio vascular fitness and stamina and well as toning the targeted areas.
Aerobics
This class promotes fitness using the aerobic energy system.
Buggy fit
This session incorporates fitness and pushing a buggy. This promotes endurance and stamina.
Mama HIIT
High intensity interval training designed and suitable for postnatal mums. Sessions are designed to burn fat, build strength and improve endurance.
Mama MIIT
moderate intensity interval training more suited to antenatal ladies. Sessions are designed to maintain ladies fitness levels and keep them fit, healthy and active through pregnancy. Suitable through all 3trimesters.
Kettlebells
A session designed to give total body strength and conditioning.

Which session are you interested in at Hudson? The Tuesday evening 6-7 antenatal session or Friday morning 10-11&11-12 postnatal session?
All sessions are £20 every 4wks.

Your closest class is probably Rainhill. That’s a Tuesday 1-2. No problem about your baby being 1. I have no upper age limit. All I suggest is that maybe bring snacks and toys for them. Sessions are £20 for 4 xxx
