Exercise with bumps 2 babes fitness to help return your body to pre-pregnancy, promote a healthy body and mind, socialise and interact with new mums as well as bond with your baby. All classes are specifically designed for post-natal women, wanting to participate in fitness, in a relaxed environment that incorporates your new baby.
Classes include; body pump, circuits, legs bums and tums, aerobics and buggy fit. Classes are suitable for mixed abilities and women are encouraged to work at a level suitable for them.
All sessions include your baby if you would like to.
This class works the whole body, isolating body parts and working slowly. This helps to burn fat and tone muscles.

This class promotes cardio vascular fitness and stamina and well as toning the targeted areas.

High intensity interval training designed and suitable for postnatal mums. Sessions are designed to burn fat, build strength and improve endurance.
moderate intensity interval training more suited to antenatal ladies. Sessions are designed to maintain ladies fitness levels and keep them fit, healthy and active through pregnancy. Suitable through all 3trimesters.
