Hi, I’m Jo Ratcliffe, a Personal Trainer and a Pre and Postnatal fitness specialist. I have worked within the fitness industry now for 16 years. Over the years I have taught a wide spectrum of clients, but over the past 3 years, I decided to niche down and solely work with Females and within the Pre/postnatal spectrum.
I am dedicated to helping Women blossom and discover their true potential through fitness. Helping them to push their boundaries and achieve their goals.
I understand the negative factors that can be placed on Mothers, who want to maintain their fitness through pregnancy, I experienced it myself and it was a main factor in why I started Bumps 2 Babes Fitness. I want to educate people that exercise is an amazing thing for Mother and Baby.
During the postpartum phase, our bodies are delicate and need recover so that we can return to fitness and health safely and effectively. All my postnatal sessions are designed to promote recovery, so that fitness and weight loss follow in a safe and effective manner. My Diastasis Recti Recovery programme has been a total game changer for ladies, helping their core to recover and regain strength and stability. This has been essential for these Mothers to progress with their training and to live a healthy life post baby. I am delighted to be able to offer this service in person, but also online as well.
